Stuffed Squid with Soy Dipping Sauce
This is a Korean appetizer. It is a light and healthy squid stuffed with tofu, green/red chili, bean sprouts, spring onions, rice, and light meats.
I had plenty of leftover stuffing, so I used it to make stuffed onigiri!!! A Korean take on a Japanese rice ball. It turned out delicious (a plus also because it is healthy), but especially good when heated on a pan for a bit to get a crispy outside.

I realized after the shoot that I should have drizzled the soy dipping sauce over the squid… It was a sad loss.

But…no recipe on this one. Not until I get it to taste like perfection. So, enjoy the sampling of photos ;)
